Edit Dude is an online photo editing tool that allows users to edit, crop, resize, and print photos and documents. The Service is designed primarily for photo studios, Xerox shops, and individuals who need to quickly edit ID photos, passport photos, and other documents.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not upload or process any images that violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Not use the Service to create fraudulent documents or engage in any illegal activities
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Ensure you have the right to edit and use any images you upload

4. Image Ownership and Usage Rights

You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload and edit using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the editing functionality. We do not claim any ownership rights to your images.

5. No Data Storage

Edit Dude does not permanently store your images on our servers. All image processing is performed locally in your browser or temporarily in memory during your editing session. Once you close your browser or complete your session, your images are automatically removed from our system.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edit Dude shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or material
• Loss or damage to your images during processing

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Service to:

• Create fake IDs, passports, or other fraudulent documents
• Process images that contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Edit Dude and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Print Quality

While we strive to provide high-quality image processing and printing capabilities, the final print quality depends on various factors including your printer, paper quality, and image resolution. We are not responsible for print quality issues that result from factors outside our control.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Edit Dude operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
